1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our overseas fulfillment centers.
We partner with international logistics providers to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

- Free Shipping: Orders over $200
Shipping promotions may change from time to time.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order is significantly delayed:

- We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund if necessary
